Service Description

A 5 week off season program breaking down the skills of volleyball to help you learn the specifics and master the skills. Serve receive, defence, setting, hitting, blocking. Register for all 5 sessions for $80 or pick which skills you want to focus on for $20 per session. Sessions will be held on Friday nights at Rossmoyne SHS for 1 hour. Girls: 6-7pm Boys 7-8pm DATES 21st August - serve receive 28th August - defence 4th September - setting 11th September - hitting 18th September - blocking
