FEMALE 2026 WAVJL Community teams trials

Service Description

Rossmoyne Volleyball Club trials for our community based teams to offer students in Years 7- 12 the opportunity to compete in Volleyball on Friday nights in Term 2 and 3 (competition does not occur in the school holidays). IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are currently in a volleyball program at Rossmoyne SHS, Fountain College, Ursula Frayne Catholic College or Corpus Christie please first speak to your volleyball coordinator as you may be placed in a school team and will not need to trial. Training sessions will be once a week on either a Monday, Tuesday or Thursday evening. Costs for selected athletes will be $325 per athlete paid to Rossmoyne Volleyball Club to cover uniform (top), game fees, court hire, equipment etc. Selected athletes will need to have an 26/27 membership with VWA (Platinum WAVJL, $34 or Platinum u19, $98. WAVJL membership covers you for WAVJL trainings and competition for 2026, whilst the u19 one covers you for all across all competitions and training for 2026 eg state trials, beach tournaments, skills programs etc). Trial bookings will close at 17:00 Thursday the 19th March NO LATE registrations will be possible While we will strive to place as many athletes as possible into a team we cannot guarantee that all trialing athletes will make a team, we cannot guarantee that a team will be made for your age group as numbers and coach and court availability will dictate our selections. If you are offered a place on a team you will need to respond to your offer within 24 hours and register within 48 hours. If you do not respond before the deadlines your spot will be offered to another player. WAVJL is a great platform for all abilities from beginner to advanced and is a great way for athletes of a similar age to get together and play volleyball on a Friday evening in terms 2 and 3.
